I have never been disappointed with either the selection of sweets or the service from the staff. Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful and you're always guaranteed a warm welcome. The prices are fantastic and you get real value for money. The shop is always wonderfully decorated
in line with the current season or latest celebration i.e. Mother's Day or Easter etc etc. I've often walked in completely undecided about what I would like and the staff have always been patient with me and I have never left the shop without having made the perfect choice thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. I always tell my friends that walking into this shop is like walking into a world of make believe, quite simply magical. It takes my breath away. This shop is, in a word, AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Kieran A writes: A fantastic shop with an intriguing little tea room. The staff are friendly and competent and will do all they can to help you. The sweet shop is lovely, the baskets are beautiful- whoever makes them clearly has a skill and passion.
The tearoom's menu is full of home-made food and is a genuine breath of fresh air when out in Enfield. Overall a great business!

My friend and colleague are regular visitors, and now that the tea room is available, well, just try keeping us away!!! We love how we are treated from the second we arrive to the moment we leave, always armed with sweets of course!!! Joy, memories, great service, friendliness and welcome. . . are but a few words to best describe Ma Battleys. . . I LOVE IT!
